Shipping & Returns

We offer digital downloads, physical goods, and a membership community — and each works a little differently. Here's everything you need to know.

Digital Products — Instant Delivery, No Shipping

All digital products are delivered by email the moment you purchase — no waiting, no shipping costs. You'll receive a download link at the email address you used at checkout.

• Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes
• Save your files promptly after downloading
• Trouble with a download? Email us and we'll resend right away

Because they're delivered instantly, digital products are final and non-refundable. If a file won't open or a link is broken, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Physical Products — Shipping

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, so you only pay what your order actually costs to send. You'll receive a tracking number once it ships — allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return physical items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• A flat $5 return fee is deducted from your refund to cover restocking and processing.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price (less the $5 fee) to your original payment method.

The Collective Membership

The Collective is a digital membership — no shipping, and access begins immediately. Membership is billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel any time; access continues through the end of your current paid period. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time — but if you're ever unhappy, reach out before canceling. We'd genuinely rather talk it through.
